THE WORK SHALL ALSO CONSIST OF REPLACING TWO SLUICE GATE SHAFTS AT THE EAST GRAND FORKS L8 STATION. NEW SLUICE GATE SHAFTS SHALL BE INSTALLED AND TESTED.
