Complaint What Happened I requested a validation of debt on XX/XX/2022. On XX/XX/XXXX I received only a statement from them saying that the debt was validated. The statement did not have any of this companies information on it nor was there anything that proves that this company has a right to collect on the alleged debt. They are reporting my personal information on a debt that has not been correctly verified. I do not have a contract with this company. They never provided me with a service but they are reporting on my consumer report. I have not received anything from them that gives them rights to be harassing me for this debt. I sent another validation of debt letter on XX/XX/2022. I have yet to receive anything.

Complaint What Happened I asked them to send me proof that I owe them and the only thing they sent me It was a paper that said " Balance Due '', that does not prove anything, the authorization of the HIPPA is expired because it is from 2013, I do not understand why they are charging me interest on a medical debt.

Complaint What Happened I am trying to pay stuff off that are showing up on my credit report. I reached out and spoke with one of the head guys named XXXX XXXX and said I would pay the XXXX collection on my credit report. He said I had some old accounts through their office ( totalling around 1000 ) I told him I do not have the money to pay everything and only want to pay whats affecting my credit reports at the moment. He told me he would not report paid satisfactorily in full to the credit bureaus for he XXXX unless I paid everything else he had. I want to pay this XXXX check for XXXX XXXX XXXX because they are nice people and I want it removed from the credit report or say paid in full so it doesnt negatively affect my credit anymore. Thank you.
