Complaint What Happened I purchased a XXXX in XX/XX/2016, we made payments for a few months. In XXXX and XXXX we had some financial trouble and fell behind. We picked back up and made payments over what we owed to get out of " collections '' even though they were still accepting our payments. In XXXX the finance company called my work phone, I explained that I can not take calls at work and asked them very firmly never to call my desk again. This month we are short due to me having to take time off of work for health issues. the payment came out this morning and they called my desk phone again! I may lose my job because of this and it is a huge violation since I have asked them previously to take that number off of my file they CAN NOT call it.

Complaint What Happened I purchased a XXXX vacuum on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX of XXXX and used XXXX XXXX XXXX to obtain the financing. XXXX sold me a faulty vacuum which stopped working after only XXXX days. I contacted XXXX about the issue and after many attempts of trying to get XXXX to fix the problem, to no avail, I finally returned the vacuum to XXXX. I first emailed XXXX, about the problem I was having with the vacuum, on XX/XX/XXXX and their response was " it is to late to return it '' because it was outside their XXXX day cancellation period ; they didn't even offer to fix the vacuum at this point. I continued to pay my monthly obligation until the vacuum was no longer usable. I contacted XXXX again and told them I was not going to continue paying for a vacuum I could not use and they told me I could drop it off and see if it could be repaired. The drop off location and time was either an hour XXXX of my home anytime or XXXX miles from my home once a month. I offered to drive the hour away so I could have the vacuum repaired sooner but after receiving only a text ( no phone call ) from some random Rainbow seller I canceled the meeting. I did not feel comfortable meeting with this person because I was told I had to meet them at a " meeting spot '' instead of an actual place of business. I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX after hearing no resolution from them and made an appointment to drop the vacuum off, but not until XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX because this was the soonest day and time someone would be in my area. The representative told me they would look at it and see if it could be repaired and that I would be contacted. I asked about a replacement for the time being, which I was suppose to get according the seller, and was told they had no vacuums to lend out. I never received the vacuum back from XXXX and have not had the vacuum since XX/XX/XXXX but continue to have an outstanding balance on my credit report from XXXX XXXX which is now a charge off despite disputing the account many times.
